From this, he launched a self-examination and quickly locked Wang Mouxiang, the original employee of the center, as a major suspect.

　　The investigation found that Wang Mouxiang was transferred to the Leye Management Department for less than half a year, and the management department’s provident fund withdrawal business surged. "Leye Management Department is the county management department with the least business volume in Baise, but from the end of March to the beginning of May 2021, 40 businesses were handled before or after work, and most of them were cross-management business, which is very suspicious." 　　This case seriously violated the normal management order of the national provident fund, resulting in heavy losses in the special account of the provident fund. More than 80 fraudsters were asked to return the funds in full.

　　How to form the "black chain" of defrauding provident fund

　　As the case came to light, the "black chain" behind the fraudulent withdrawal of the provident fund was also dug up. The interviewed police handling the case and the staff of the special working group of the Provident Fund Management Center said that illegal collection of provident funds has occurred from time to time. For employees who fail to return illegal funds on time, they have been notified to their deposit units. All illegal withdrawals are disqualified from withdrawing housing provident fund and applying for housing provident fund loans within 3 or 5 years.

　　Up to now, Baise Housing Provident Fund Management Center has recovered a total of 5.3878 million yuan of illegal withdrawal funds, and 21 employees have not returned illegal withdrawal funds, with a total amount of 2.3011 million yuan.
